Pioneer Homecare is an Irish family owned and run company providing a diligent and dedicated service for the benefit and welfare of our clients.

Our parent company has 38 years experience in the security industry providing specialist solutions to residential customers.

Our family also own a prestigious residential nursing home, which we have operated for over 40 years with great success.

Having spent many years caring for clients with all levels of needs, it became apparent to us that there was a growing requirement to also deliver excellent home care with a personal touch to the community.

At Pioneer Homecare we understand that providing in home care involves much more than assisting with personal care needs, household chores or escorting the client to a doctor’s appointment. We believe in going the extra mile to make our clients feel safe, independent and comfortable in their own home.

Our team is carefully vetted to ensure that they meet the qualifications and high standards of performance and care that our clients and their families have come to expect from us.

A message from our Managing Director

Now that we have weathered the Covid-19 Pandemic, during which the care team excelled, I am glad to be able to take this opportunity to look forward with renewed optimism for the months and years ahead.

As always, I would like to take this opportunity to thank our incredible care team, our frontline workers who tirelessly dedicate themselves to serving the most vulnerable members of our communities, day in and day out. It is a great privilege to come to work every day and witness the hard work, dedication and courage displayed by the carers, who each provide an invaluable service to our many hundreds of clients. In the midst of an often challenging career, it is humbling to see the joy that the care team bring to our clients, even in the darkest of days.

I am also delighted to share the good news that Pioneer HomeCare have secured a recertification of the ISO 9001. This is a massive achievement as it demonstrates that we as a company consistently provide a service that meets all customer and regulatory requirements. ISO 9001 is the world’s most recognised Quality Management System and following on from a significant external audit we were found to meet this really high standard. This significant achievement is representative of everyone’s efforts in ensuring that Pioneer HomeCare is a credible company that each and every day strives to be the best it can be. As a team, without even knowing it, you have all made this possible with your hard work and commitment and we are so grateful to you all.

As ever, our mission remains to ensure that our clients can live independent, fulfilling lives at home with our support and they can continue to be active members within their communities. What differentiates our care team is their passion for not only serving the physical health care needs of our clients, but also understanding and caring for their emotional needs while treating each individual with the highest level of dignity and respect.
