One of our Care Managers will respond to your inquiry and discusses in more detail your requirements. A free assessment time and date is arranged in your home or in the hospital to assess the level of care required.
Following the assessment a quotation will be sent to you to consider based on the level of care required. On completion of the care package our care manager selects a suitable qualified carer who meets the requirements and needs of the Client.
A start date is agreed. The Care Manager will introduce the carer to the client and discuss the content of the Homecare records folder. The Care Manager maintains regular contact with both client and carer with regular call outs and spot checks.
