Louise Whelan it was a pleasure to work for you as part of the Pioneer Homecare Team, I am speaking from my heart Pioneer is the best homecare company I worked for in 20 years because every member of staff has all the important qualities which is empathy for the clients and excellent training. The care plans are tailor made to suit every client emotionally physically and psychologically. Most importantly Louise, the staff listen to every carer, and you were very kind to me and understanding when my husband Derek got ill and I wasn't able to do many hours. Pioneer is a great family run business and I will miss you Louise and the staff although I treasure the lovely memories of working with Pioneer xx.

I have worked for Pioneer for three years and I have to say, it's been the best place I've ever worked. Since day one I have had great support from all the team. One of the best things about working here is that we get free training on all aspects of the job and there's always someone there if you have a question or need support. Obviously when Covid first hit we were all very worried but the job was always in touch giving us the up to date advice and PPE is delivered to us as often as we need it. We were also given Infection Prevention and control training and Covid training which made me more confident going out to the community. I couldn't recommend Pioneer enough!!!! Great place to work.
